This workshop will begin with the essential vocabulary that salespersons need in order to effectively communicate within the company and which the decision-maker needs for the commercial builder. From there attendees will:

- Learn the six basic criteria used in determining whether the product or service is “green”. It is best to be truly eco-friendly. The decision-maker will be asking the same questions up front.

- Learn the five questions that eco-friendly commercial builders ask that conventional builders do not know to ask.

- Explore the three basic marketing elements your company must have in place before trying to sell to this emerging market segment.
