About Us

When you take 30 years of experience working with companies that range from a staff of one to a vast Fortune 10, combine that with a well-rounded education, add a dash of continued curiosity and the hunger of a life-long learner, what do you get? Steve Monroe. This author/speaker/international consultant works with individuals and companies interested in strengthening their relationships with customers.

His sense of humor and positive perspective comes through in interactive workshops he facilitates at local, regional, or national events. He is known as a creative instructor for National Home Builders Associations Education, and The North Carolina Builders Institute. His consulting efforts includes four domestic manufacturers/service providers and one international client.

As an author, his most current, Marketing Essentials for Green Builders, will soon be followed by the much anticipated The Pirate Principles ™.

Steve is married to Louise, the love of his life. They have six children and nine grandchildren in their blended family. Steve is active in his church, and enjoys a good walk with friends and his golf clubs.

Steve Monroe - a skilled coach, a dynamic keynote speaker, a down-to-earth workshop facilitator and meeting moderator -- and a warm accepting human being.
